Auction is open for bidding now and will begin to close Tuesday, January 18th starting at 11:00 A.M..
Inspection Dates: Monday, Jan. 10th, Sat Jan. 15th, and Monday, Jan. 17th 11:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Removal: Buyer must bring all labor and equipment necessary to load purchases however a forklift will be available for loading large items on Jan.19 and Jan.20. All items must be removed on Wednesday, Jan 19th 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M and Thursday Jan. 20th 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. with the exception of racks, forklift and dust collector which can only be removed on Friday, Jan. 21 by appointment. Everything must be removed in the time frame specified NO EXCEPTIONS, the building is sold and we must vacate the premises. No Shipping Local Pick Up Only – We do not offer shipping for this auction.
